The easiest of all and one of my favorites ..
Goes well with roti /chappati .
Tastes best after a long day at work and the compelling urge to have something home made and hot for dinner .
Ingredients
1. Paneer - 200 gm (Ladies , as a side note , please have paneer stocked in your freezer at all times . Helps when you have unexpected and unannounced guests over for meals )
2.Onion - 1 big
3.Tomatoes - 2 medium
3.Green chillies - 3 big
4.Cumin seeds
5.Salt
6.Turmeric powder
7.Oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a frying pan . Splutter cumin seeds.
2. Saute sliced onion till they turn golden brown. Add salt and turmeric powder. Adding salt actually gets onions to saute faster.
3. Add tomatoes (cut into small slices) and green chillies (cut open into small pieces) and saute for some more time.
4. Add scrambled paneer .
5. Cook with the lid of the frying pan covered for a few minutes.
6. Done !
